HELPDESK ENGINEER

Job Description

We are seeking A Junior Help Desk Technician typically provides technical support to clients through various means such as phone, email, or in-person.

Job Requirement

Candidates for this position should have the following skills:

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively understand and explain solutions
  • Ability to remain calm and composed while dealing with difficult customers.
  • Familiarity with office automation products, databases, and remote-control tools.

Job duties & Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Assist clients with technical issues related to software, hardware, and network.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify client needs, diagnose problems, and provide step-by-step solutions.
  • Ticketing System: Document and track all incidents and service requests in the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a professional and patient demeanor while dealing with clients.
